Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days since you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that If 14 days have gone by since your received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that all products are returned at your own risk. Make sure that you get a ‘proof of posting’ from the Post Office.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or the order number. Please contact us via email or phone prior to returning the product and the return instructions will be sent to you. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
If you received the wrong product or defective product we will be responsible for the return of the product at standard Royal Mail postage rate.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
During corona pandemic if you have not received your product within 40 business days we will refund you fully and you can keep the product when it arrives. All the products need to be signed for so if there has been an attempt to deliver the parcel within the 40 days and you were not at home and do not collect it from the post office within 40 days then the refund is not valid.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
We only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. You can exchange it for the same product or for any other item of the same value. Send us an email at email@example.com or by clicking the Contact Us tab at the top of the site.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless product was damaged on arrival.
